TCher SG lessons are targeted at:
‘Click on ‘Academic Level’ at the top menu bar to browse our offerings, or click on ‘Packages’ to explore our programme tiers. Although our courses are divided into years (e.g. P4, P5 and P6), students may join any course they feel is appropriate for their learning level. Many of our P6 students who join in PSLE year take both the P5 and P6 courses as a refresher. Students are also welcome to join a higher level if they are able to cope with the advanced materials.
Still not sure which course is right for your child? Get in touch with us to find out more about which courses are most suitable.
Of course! You can take any selected course as long as the time slots are ideal for you.
Our online courses are divided into webinar lectures and small-group tutorials.
Lectures have larger class sizes, while tutorials have smaller class sizes capped at 8 students per class.
Each lecture is an hour of intensive content teaching on key topics and concepts, while tutorials allow our teachers to dive deeper into hands-on practices and give students more individualised feedback.

Students taking subjects at foundation level can benefit from our lessons as they are designed and pitched at PSLE level.
Our lessons are recorded for repeated viewing, allowing for flexible learning at a pace that is comfortable. This is very helpful for students taking foundation subjects. They will be able to master the subjects at the standard level over time. We highly encourage parents to sit in our classes so that you are equipped to coach and guide your child. Our curriculum is also dynamic and constantly reviewed to meet the needs of our students.
Our lessons are part academic and part motivational. They are specially designed to engage and excite students about the subject matter. Once their interest is captured, the entire learning process becomes much easier and in many instances, accelerated. We encourage all P6 foundation students to take P5 standard lessons as well. Students taking foundation subjects at the P6 level can benefit more if they attend P5 and P6 lessons concurrently.
TCher SG provides lecture notes for every lecture, containing learning points as well as the exercises and questions that were asked during the lesson.
Students in tutorial classes will receive both lecture notes and tutorial worksheets.
At TCher SG, we know how students already struggle with daily workload in school and extra-curricular activities. We go through all work during class time to minimise stress and ensure that students do not spend too much extra time completing assignments instead of getting the help they really need.
There will be short pre-lesson tasks that should be completed before each lesson on the virtual classroom app. These should not take more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and can be done in the 10 minutes before class starts.
The lesson notes and worksheets will be released on the virtual classroom app one week before the lesson (i.e. immediately after Week 1’s lesson, Week 2’s notes and worksheets will become available).
Parents are encouraged to print the notes and worksheets in advance for the students to glance through before the lesson.
Parents are absolutely encouraged to sit in for classes if available. Otherwise, there will always be a short recap of learning points and tips at the end of each lesson in the last five minutes. Do join in the class for this summary if you are unable to sit in for the whole lesson.
Our lessons are created specifically for online modality and differentiate us from other education centres. The slides and lessons are not available for download. Students with TCher SG will be able to access their recorded lessons for up to 12 months after each lesson.
First-time students are required to have the camera on to verify their identity.
Subsequently, some students may prefer to have the cameras off during lectures.
Students are encouraged to keep cameras on during tutorials as they are much smaller classes and involve more teacher-student interaction.
All students should have easily identifiable profile names for attendance taking purposes.
Each individual student is required to have their own paid account. Sharing of live lessons and recorded videos is strictly prohibited.
All TCher SG lessons are recorded and available to you if you are a registered student in that course. This means that if you’re unable to attend a lesson, you can always enter the system and watch the lesson you missed.
There are no lessons on public holidays. For these weeks, our admin will do their best to reschedule you into another class that week (available slots may be limited and subject to first-come-first served basis). If students are still unable to attend this substitute lesson, the recording for that week will always be available to watch.
Students enjoy up to to two (2) rescheduled classes per TCher SG term.
Reschedules are not transferable across subjects. Transfers will only be approved if absolutely necessary, and considered on a case-by-case basis. Do contact our coordinators for assistance if needed.
