Terms and Conditions

Fee Payment

  1. A one-time registration fee of $20 is payable for each new student who joins TCher SG.
  2. A one-time deposit of $100 is payable for each subject.
  3. Fees for the registered course must be paid in full within the two weeks preceding the start of the term to secure a place for the class. If payment is not received by the due date, the class spot may be released to the next student on the waiting list.
  4. Payment can be made via PAYNOW (Use UEN: 201941603E247), Bank transfer (DBS Bank Acc: 0720173635), or Credit Card (Stripe). All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable).
  5. A student who joins mid-way through the term will have his fees pro-rated accordingly. This fee is not entitled to any promotion or savings.
  6. All fees are subject to review and revision.

Withdrawal Policy

  1. In the event that a student wishes to withdraw from the programme, a notice must be provided at least one calendar month prior to the end of the term.
  2. No refund will be given for unused portions of the fees in that term.

Missed Lesson Policy

  1. If a student misses a lesson, he can watch the playback, valid for 1 calendar year from the missed lesson, as long as the student remains enrolled with TCher SG.
  2. TCher SG reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class at any point during the term due to unforeseen circumstances.
